All prices exclude VAT at 20%. The course price includes materials and exams, but does not include any travel, accommodation or living expenses. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date they are sent to you.
Course fees, including VAT, are payable 15 working days before the course start date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, cheque or PayPal.
If payment has not been received for a candidate then unfortunately that candidate will not be able to attend the training. We can take payment as late as the day of the course, but in that instance it must be via credit card.
Cancellations or deferrals
If a candidate cancels a course with at least 4 weeks notice then they can have a full refund. If the cancellation is within 4 weeks then a partial refund can be had based upon the following scale:
- 4 weeks or more - full refund
- 3 to 4 weeks notice - 75% refund
- 2 to 3 weeks notice - 50% refund
- 0 to 2 weeks notice - 25% refund
Instead of a refund, a candidate has the option to defer their course to a later date. The maximum deferral period from the original course date is 2 calendar months, i.e. the course must be taken within 2 months of the original booking date.
Non-attendance of the candidate of any course for any reason is deemed to be a cancellation with no notice.
Changes to Courses
The IT Training Academy Ltd (ITTA) reserves the right to change any part of a scheduled course, if this is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
ITTA reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. We will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. For any courses which are rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as trainer sickness/low number of candidates, every endeavour will be made to provide a replacement trainer or to reschedule the course and we will offer delegates as many options as possible to complete their training programme.
In these unforeseen circumstances where we change or cancel a course, except for venue location changes, a 100% refund will be granted.
Contents of course timetables are intended for general guidance only. Any typographical error including pricing or omission in any website, sales literature, administrative documentation, course materials, invoice, or other document shall be liable to correction without any liability on the part of ITTA. The Location and course date of the course will be advised upon booking. ITTA reserve the right to change the venue location and will advise the customer as soon as the change is known. ITTA will not be liable for out of pocket expenses due to cancellation or any other changes to venue or programme.
The Customer accepts that it is their responsibility that the course booked is suitable for the requirements and abilities of the delegates attending. The IT Training Academy Ltd's employees may recommend courses or learning solutions, however, the assessment and the final decision concerning suitability of the course is the Customer's responsibility. In cases where we have made recommendations, we do so in good faith and will not be willfully misleading. All public and onsite training courses are delivered only in English and all Delegates must be sufficiently proficient in the English language before attending the course. Any special needs requirements may incur additional costs to which the delegate will be liable.
Onsite Training on Client Specified Site
In the cases where we train on your premises, it is your responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment and set up required for our trainer to deliver the training. The IT Training Academy Ltd reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the course if, in the trainer's opinion, the venue, equipment or conditions are unsuitable.
All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of IT Training Academy Ltd. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, sell, hire, lend or copy the course materials or use them except for the purpose of personal reference. The IT Training Academy Ltd warrants that it will not knowingly include any copyright material in its course materials without license or consent.
Warranty & Liability
The IT Training Academy Ltd liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. The IT Training Academy Ltd will not accept liability for death or personal injury. The IT Training Academy Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss. The IT Training Academy Ltd will not be responsible for any damage resulting from any computer viruses arising from software installed on customer computer systems.
Personal belonging or items belonging to the Delegate on the Delegate’s possessions brought onto training courses are the sole responsibility of the Delegate. The IT Training Academy Ltd accept no responsibility of the items or any loss or damage that may occur during the course.
The IT Training Academy Ltd shall not be in breach of this contract if the provision of services are delayed or cancelled or reduced through any circumstances beyond it's reasonable control including acts of God (including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, snow, hurricane or other natural disaster) sickness, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. Delegates must ensure that they can attend the training courses which they are scheduled to attend. The IT Training Academy Ltd will not be held liable, financially or actually, for their non-attendance, whatsoever the reason may be.
The IT Training Academy Ltd is committed to maintaining your privacy and the use of your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act. If at any stage you have a question regarding the personal information that we hold on file, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The IT Training Academy Ltd will not disclose personal information to a third party organization unless we have your prior consent to provide this or you have opted to allow the use of your personal information. If the request for your personal information is for a legal purpose, this we would class as an exception, but only after we have 100% fully verified the name or organization requesting your personal details.
The IT Training Academy Ltd at no stage will disclose personal credit card account information that is voluntarily provided during a transaction process, may this be by telephone or via our secure web-portal. The exception to this would be if The IT Training Academy Ltd were to make contact with the credit card company for validation or verification of any transaction process purpose.
The IT Training Academy Ltd will not take photographs, videos or any audio recordings of you during a course and will not use this material for The IT Training Academy Ltd’s own marketing purpose without your prior consent. Delegates are not permitted to take any video/photography/audio during the course without prior written consent of The IT Training Academy and its clients, failure to do so will be considered a direct breach of our terms of business and this matter would be taken very seriously.

We use the highest level of security and encryption methods available for processing payments online. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance. That means your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when making a purchase with us.
The website and all the products and services of The IT Training Academy without limitation are protected by international copyrights, trademarks and subject to intellectual property rights. Therefore all intellectual property belongs to The IT Training Academy, its related companies, its affiliates or suppliers. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, download, modify, display or prepare derivative works based on, repost, transmit or otherwise use any of the intellectual property of this site.
