Course Prerequisites?

  • The Scrum Guide is a single document summarising the essential elements of Scrum, written by the founders of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber.
  • The Agile Manifesto details the pillars upon which Scrum was founded and comprises a declaration of their aims and 12 guiding principles.
  • And if you are really keen on Scrum there is a great first book to get you interested called Succeeding with Agile by Mike Cohn. This is one of our favorite books on Scrum. The subtitle for the book is "Software Development Using Scrum".
